Save the Jettys!

About Me

We are a group of locals from the North Jettys trying to save the beach we love from city government officials who want to disrupt the way of life we have fought so hard to protect. We at the North Jettys are a very tight-knit family, and the Jettys is our family home.We are sympathetic to the wildlife that inhabits the beach, as we consider ourselves to be of the same Ocean. We want to protect their habitat because it is ours also, we share it. For those of you who think we are having an impact on the environment by driving on the beach, ask the dolphins who surf with us and the gulls that eat with us,(and they do) if we are hurting them in any way. Respect is a universal language that is spoken and understood by all living things, sadly our species is the only one who can't quite grasp this concept. Please help us save our home by contacting Jacksonville city council and letting them know we take care of our beach and it takes care of us.
