I always like beign with my girlfriend, but other than that...it's pretty much boring stuff that no one else likes but me, like politics, writing, public speaking, but as for the fun side of me... poker, basketball, football, golf, listening to music, hanging out with friends, stuff like that.
Each and every troop overseas fighting to keep this country what it is...And meeting God is my ultimate goal in my life. I am striving to please him so I can reach the pearly gates to see his beautiful face.
I love pretty much all kinds of music... except country. My main love is Rock without a doubt. Bands like Godsmack, Didturbed, Mudvayne, Audioslave, vintage old-school Metallica... that is the sort of stuff I can't get enough of. But I also like some Rap & Hip Hop too... In my opinion, Jay-Z is the baddest artist out there today. That guy has some serious God-given talent. I try to respect music because music is a way of life. Music provides a lane of communication that many people find beautiful and alluring. I guess it comes down to the fact that music is a way for people to communicate to the world. Especially if they can't do it any other way. Music is a truly beautiful thing.
I always watch movies. I love everything from war and slasher ones like Hills Have Eyes 1&2, Gladiator, The Patriot, and 300, to action/suspense ones like Gone in 60 Seconds, The Rock, Con Air, Swordfish, the Bourne Trilogy, and The Skeleton Key, and all the way to chick flicks...the best one ever being How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. My favorite actor is definitely Nicolas Cage. I'm all over the map and its easy to tell that I'm a movie lover.
I've gotten into this thing where I buy TV shows on DVD and watch them like crazy. Some of them have been Alias, Law and Order SVU, ummm the OC...haha sadly I got into it and loved it, Prison Break, and Supernatural. Then of course there's the occasional Family Guy tossed in here and there too. Fun stuff.
My 2 favorite books that I have read are without a doubt "Blue Like Jazz" by Donald Miller and "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown.
My real heroes are the ones serving this country both here and over seas. They are the ones that deserve all the credit for the freedoms and liberties that we all as Americans enjoy each and everyday of our lives. W/o these men and women serving and dying to protect us...we would both have nothing and be nothing in this great country that we live in. NEVER FORGET THE TROOPS!!! I love this country!!! If you dont love the troops, you dont love this country, bottom line.
