On a hot december night a phone call came through."We need some no bullshit rock n roll" 'Ill get on it right away". I jumped in my car and drove I ended up parked outside a house ,not any house but one from which a sound was comming ,there was a wailing and a blowing,"this will be the place" i said. When I sashayed up to the door I was greeted by a man he had 6 harmonicas in his mouth ,I asked can you play , he gave me an enil look and said "what key" I looked him straight in the eye and said "the key of A" He spat out 5 harmonicas leaving the last harp there to blow on ,not only was it A but it was fuckin "A" for ace. We hi tailed it out of there to a local watering hole called 'the whores arms' .After 2 hours we had a plan it was so simple why hadn't I seen it before? JUST PLAY THE SONG FOOL!!!!!!! The jim rockfords were born. With 2 guitars, bass and drums,harmonica and a voice and no time for wasting the song writting started right away and the mutating of others songs help to form the core principles of rock and from there we hit the road. Already popular in france with over 6 people the jim rockfords are on their way.
