Ben Kilgore is a singer/songwriter from Tulsa, Oklahoma. His dad, John Wayne, was a Worship Pastor for 23 years, and taught Ben everything he knows. Ben fronted Tulsa band The Hero Factor for the past 6 years and now splits his time between the studio, and any one of several live side projects. His strong vocals have garnered him the award for Best Male Vocalist four consecutive years in the Urban Tulsa, a local publication. Ben writes honest songs that uncover emotions often unsaid, and hope often overlooked. He's keeps it simple, but delivers with unwavering conviction. His story is one of persistence and determination, successes and heartbreaks. Ben loves making music, loves an unforgettable melody, and loves sharing his song. He has been for the past year writing and demo-ing songs for an upcoming solo release that continues to evolve and progress.
