The day LAnce laid his hands on a tape recorder and blank tapes was the day of redemption. Freestyles then became his favourite hobby as he would lock himself up just to write rhymes and record them on to tape just so as he could practise. Great motivation came from Master P and lil Romeo which kind of moved to the pen game.Spending time in the boring science classes saw him and his fellow friend jess forgerty aka lyrical brut write rhymes in class. They took this to another level with them meeting after class to rhyme and record. Living in the town of SSO made him even a better rapper and producer. Chrispen aka NOTZ hip-hop’s finest producer trained into using programs such as fruityloops.Within weeks he was rapping and making beats with his fellow found musicians. Meeting Chrispen meant meeting his fellow rapper Joe Shyna As well as Karl aka Sycast.Still at high school He met Jay aka Deakon at the time known as dirty jay.LA’s cousin Eric aka roughnite was a starting DJ with his record equipment saw him and the Deakon write piles of rhymes and spitting on live set with the dj and taking home recorded tapes. The team JA was birthed with Chris,JOE,DEAKON,LA and later joined by Sycast as well as rootz Asturr and Royale who were at the time known as quest entertainment. The strong ruled the ss area code as it was composed of the best rappers at the time. Also meeting Rymez at the time meant boosting LA’s producing skills as his skill were fine tuned. Friday nights sleep overs found themselves with LA roots and Rymez at his house making hit records.This motivation lead to LA starting his young label Lambslain records which built a site for music and videos with his co designer Darrel. This saw them produce a video and a documentary for the site.LA’s single 4 2morrow took the streets by storm as this was dropped 21st of the black history month October .This was a promo tool which was very effective and made the single recognised. The single made it to the local record shop Golden disk. At the time he met Jeff Rio a singer who had moved from France who helped him at the time he was recording his mix tape at reformed records studio with co producer Darren Melba who was undertaking music production with help from his fellow American producers. This came to being a night mare as the 5 months work crushed and was never recovered.The big talent show case in the UK which brought out artists like Nathan ,Fundamental brought them through to the qualifying stages.Making it the finals of the rap categories meant them to be one of the best. However technical difficulties came to their dis advantage leaving them at second place. They were however approached by a festival organising committee manager to perform on stage along side fundamental.He is currently working on a signing a contract deal with nectones recording label.
