E X X X O (Erik Salas) is a force of musical energy contained in a human that is him, in a class all by himself. As an MC, he has established himself as force to be reckoned with on the underground circuit.
As a producer, Erik has worked with the likes of Mac Dre, Don Cisko, San Quinn, Guce, Dubee and many more underground rap artists. He also ventured in to the genres of Electronica / Downtempo under the pseudonym DJ Lenzes.
As a writer Erik has "ghost" written songs ranging from R&B to Rock to Hip-Hop, lending his creative forces to hone his songwriting skills. As a Poet Erik has performed in many poetry circles through out the Bay Area and has written a book, soon to be released entitled "From The Mind Of Erik Salas" . The book evolved from poetry and journal writing as Erik endured a horrible divorce and custody battle over his children. "Its more about me finding about who I am.", said Erik in a recent interview.
As Erik lays forward new ground, new spin off projects are in the works, such as the highly anticipated Kryme Wave group effort entitled "Bread Related".
Also in the works, the alter ego of Exxxo, NERD LUVA LUVA with the mindblowing soundscapes entitled, "Nerdy Girls Are Hott".
