">"Support Mental Health"I have been married to my very wonderful, supportive and understanding husband Kevin for over 8 years now. I have two beautiful daughters. Alexis is 13 years old now. She is from a previous relationship, I do not regret because without that I would not have had my daughter. She has been gifted as an athlete and she is intelligent. She is an "excellent forward." Alexis left Club soccer and went back to AYSO, lets just say shes having more fun :) Whatever makes her happy. She is in 8th grade and has played for her school soccer team since 6th. She is ASB President, on school site counsil and in the GATE program. My other daughter is Bethany. She is in 2nd grade. She is my cute little red head. She doesn't appreciate her hair yet! She's a little smarty pants like her dad... She has been taking tennis lessons for the past 2 years and she did great the last season, she won her fall All-stars match and she was MVP for her group (she's such a kiss up to the coach--j/k).
Her and I like to play the Wii and Xbox Guitar Hero & Rock Band 2... Hey adults can have fun too... I am also on School Site Counsil for Alexis' school. I play co-ed softball with my husband and and quite a few of my friends I have known for along time now. I am the Soccer team mom right now. I play Bunko with 11 other girlfriends once a month, no husbands and no kids allowed :) and I occasionally play Poker. I spend alot of time doing things for my kids and my friends.

Living with interstitial cystitis is not always easy. As with all disorders & diseases associated with chronic pain, there is going to be a certain amount of anger, anxiety, and depression. For most people, doctors can help improve symptoms, but they can't always teach people how to cope with the illness. That's where other sources of support come into play. Researchers are working to understand the causes of interstitial cystitis and to find effective treatments. Scientists conducting interstitial cystitis clinical studies are beginning to explore the possibility that heredity may play a part in some forms of the disease. In a few cases, interstitial cystitis has affected a mother and a daughter, or two sisters, but it does not commonly run in families.

My other cousin Dan Dringenberg helped set me up with him to get it all done. I give my thanks to the guys, Rob you did a great job I love it!!!I went for another tattoo the day before Mother's Day 2008, making that number 3 for me, thanks to "D" at Black Iris Studio in Fontana, CA.I love to laugh, which Kevin and my Girls can always make me do. My favorite thing to do is watch comedy movies or comedy shows or go to them. My Hubby, Kevin and I have been to several shows and one of our favorites was CHRISTOPHER TITUS whom we saw three times at the Ontario Improv. One time we sat front row right in front of him. We also loved seeing JEFF DUNHAM whom we saw twice at the Ontario Improv. Other comedians we've seen live are: CARLOS MENCIA, JOHN HEFFRON and RICHARD JENI who we saw about a month or so before he passed away. We just saw ROBERT SHIMMEL at the Brea Improv in January '08.
