For the average person on the street, graffiti is also many things.To some it an eye sore, to others it brightens up an otherwise dull commute to work,and many it represents yet another bill to the painter to fix the front of their store.But over the last few decades graffiti has became a staple of everyday life,even outside major cities.No matter how hard you try there is no escaping it.
