About Me

Over the past few years the name InterCity, and more recently Peter South, has popped up pretty much everywhere. Peter has always delivered to the very limit of what can be expected from a passionate DJ. From sweathy clubs around the continent to the likes of the Budapest street parade, we've found Peter uniting music lovers in a sweet blend of trance and house tunes, emanating a great vibe throughout his performances.
So who is he? Peter Hornischer was born in 1985 and raised in Sweden. His father, a former sound technician, taught him the basics of working with music at an early age, and gave him plenty of free space to explore. As Peter grew up, he started stretching his feet and travelling around the continent, opening up his eyes for the european club scene. In the summer of 2002, Peter met Mark Tothfalussy, who operated a radioshow in Budapest, and brought Peter into the spotlight for the very first time. Since then we have found Peter mixing records at numerous legendary places around Europe, such as Club Poema in Utrecht, Voyage Club and Club11 in Budapest, The Tube in Copenhagen, Slagthuset and Club Etage in Malmö, Radio Capelle in Rotterdam and Radio 21's Next Level event in Bucharest. In 2003 Peter opened the Budapest Streetparade afterparty, and in 2005 he performed on a floater at the parade itself! A very strong merit for any DJ. But then again, Peter isn't just any DJ :)
What awaits us from Peter now? Funky house, classy trance, and everything in between! See upcoming releases and DJ dates to get a closer eye on what Peter is up to!
