I am an American Soldier. I am a Warrior and member of a team. I serve the people of the United States and live the Army Values. I will always place the mission first. I will never accept defeat. I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself. I am an expert and I am a professional. I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of the United States of America in close combat. I am guardian of freedom and the American way of life. I am an American Soldier!! I am a 42A Human Resources Specialist in the Iowa Army National Guard. (42A)As a Human Resources Specialist I primarily help Soldiers develop their Army careers, but also provide personnel support and assistance to all divisions of the Army. Responsibilities of my job are as follows; Organizing, maintaining and reviewing personnel records, Entering and retrieving personnel information using computers, Processing recommendations for awards and decorations, Arranging awards ceremonies, Preparing, updating and coordinating requests for evaluations,Preparing and monitoring Soldier requests for ID cards and tags, leaves of absence and passes, Ordering and maintaining office supplies, & Maintaining filing systems. My training of this position in the Army consisted of 9 weeks of class room instruction with a squared away instructor. ____________________________________________________________ On the Civilian side of life, I am an Administrative Assistant at the Jeese Marshal Boys Club in Sioux City. My intentions are to start school fall semester of 08'. On the side of work I intend to Party!! I try to every night of the week but the Sioux is gettin lame. I am single and lookin for the right one. Someone who can take me as I am. I dont see myself as bad. I find myself to be an average 19yr old. One who can party and at the same time meet his priorities and I dont put up wit nobody's shit. I aint the one to be f***ed wit. If anybody feelin froggy then leap!!
