Hello all, my name is Chief Madical examiner Dr.Donald "Ducky" Mallard. To elude myself from the title Donald Duck I perfer to be called Ducky. I went to Eton and Edinburgh medical school. I also was quite fond of the sport Cricket back in those days. Still am actually. I worked for the British police and many others before joining NCIS. I was also an Officer in the British Armed forces;medical corps. I did a tour in Vietnam. I live with my 96 year old mother who suffers from Dimentia. I own a Vintage Morgan Roadseter which I restored myself. Took me a while to find all the parts I needed seeing its such an old vehicle but in the end it was worth the wait. I am known for talking about "the slald days" usually to anyone in earshot, or the dead. I find it soothing to talk to the corpses. They talk to me...not in the ways one would expect but with thier bodies and the evidance I find. I am very particular about the crime scenes.. Why a long time ago in france, a french police officer disturbed the body before I had the chance to tend to it. Well out of anger I pushed him off a cliff. Fortunitly for me and of course the officer the cliff was steep and there was a lake below;softening his fall. I have a long friendship with Leroy Jethero Gibbs. Many a times I had to patch him up after having brawls with his ex's. I have bonded with all the memebers of the team but I am very close with Abigail Sciuto, or Abby as she perfers.
