He grew up in small house as an only child in the Bowness neighborhood in N.W. Calgary. growing up he played hockey until about the age of 15 where he then decided that it was not in his future but rather he desired to become an artist in the music industry. Since his childhood he listened to such artists as Eminem, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, LL Cool J, Tupac, Nas and the most influential to his life, Snoop Dogg.
