The Oh! Paris Company

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

So for the last year or so, I've contemplated the idea of starting a clothing line that was aimed to raise money for various charities. I didn't want to commit to one charity, and I didn't want to put out ordinary looking clothes that are usually coincided with charity-driven clothing lines. My goal is that with every new line thats released, a different charity will be selected for that line.

Just recently while we were on tour with Chiodos , our families were in jeopardy with the San Diego fires. At one point we thought we were going to have to leave the tour and go home due to some of the members of my band having families that were evacuated. Luckily, they were unharmed. But being away from San Diego at that time and not being able to help whatsoever gave me that helpless feeling. I wasn't able to reach out to people and volunteer myself in a time of need.

The first line of The Oh! Paris Company will be donating 20% from every single shirt sold to The San Diego Foundation After-the-Fires Fund (Also, with any re-orders on shirts, I will be raising the percentage). You can visit their website @ www.sdfoundation.org . Even if you choose not to purchase a shirt, I strongly encourage making an outreach to this foundation or any foundation that pursues to the goal of bettering other peoples lives. I know we take everyday life for granted, and I'm guilty as charged. But it really is never to late to lend a helping hand.

I'm already working on the 2nd line which will be completely different from this line. We're not going to limit ourselves to any certain design styles or formats. I want Oh! Paris to be as eclectic in taste as possible and attempt to fit everybody's needs.

Thank you for taking your time to check us out and spread the word!

Much Love,
Nick Martin

P.S. - The name of the company was inspired by my visit to Paris a few years ago. It was the most peaceful and beautiful place I'd ever been in my life. It took my mind off of everything going on in my life and it really put my life in perspective. In the sense that nothing is more important than pursuing true happiness in life with whatever you do. And that's my goal with this company. It's to make the outreach to people that don't have that happiness; that deserve it just as much as we do.
