I am here for Friends

About Me

Well...lets see. I have wonderful family and fabulous friends (see photos)! I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, and am a licensed therapist. I direct a non-profit agency helping homeless addicts get sober, if that happens to be what they want to do. Love my job and the people I work with and my clients. I also teach in the graduate school of behavioral health at the University of Phoenix. INFJ. I follow the following directions as much as possibly possible... Yamas (Laws of life) Ahimsa: non-injury, non-violence. Satya: truthfulness. Asteya: integrity, non-stealing. Brahmacharya: chastity, moderation. Aparigraha: non- attachment, non-greed. Niyamas (Rules for living) Saucha: purity, simplicity. Santosha: contentment. Tapas: Purification, austerities. Savadhyaya: study of the scriptures, refinement. Ishvarapranidhana: surrender to the divine.
