From the day she was born friends and family knew that she was a star born unto them by God and that he would unveil her true talent in due time.At the tender age of 5 was when they began to get a taste of what exactly this talent would grow to be, it was her love for music. As a little girl Edwige indulged herself in her mothers music collection and taught her self to master the songs of these artist. The selection ranged from Ace of the Base, Brandy, Monica, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and Edwiges role model in the music industry the famous and talented Mariah Carey.Edwige mastered her skills by participating in school, church, and community based choirs while periodically taking vocal classes.It was not until recently did Edwige begin writing her own songs with the persuasion of life long friend.Still, Edwige is not sure about what direction she wants to take into the music industry. Should she claim her crown as a talented singer? Or linger behind the scenes more as a song writer? Whichever path God Chooses for her she knows she will be great and successful.
