He discovered this to be the fastest way he could show inner conflict or questions. Even faster than thinking or the use of language. With his father being Scottish with Indian background, mother German, one main question arose, which he often was asked, especially in "his" country": Where are you from?” From Earth, the same place as everyone else. His work is about isolation, questioning the hierarchies of social systems and social orders in the west, in the east, questioning the need for boarders either physical or psychological. The work deals with the influence of manipulating elements in modern media, about the human estrangement from nature, about freedom, about truth, about the abyss within the human, his will and power to destroy, and about hope. On these and other topics the artist is giving statements or is just asking the questions, by using a mixed language of figurative surrealism and abstract expressionism. By telling mystic tales imbedded in a melancholy narrative, rather than being descriptive, objective, and dogmatic. By reducing methodological ways of working, he is trying to catch moments, in the state of a most possible emptied mind. It is the experience and observation of correlation between micro - and macro cosmos and the work on showing "hard to see" or "hidden" realities, created by the mind of every being. All things being deeply connected, there is the realisation that our individual and collective actions have an extreme effect on everything else. It is to highlight and question these actions.
