David Bel

David Bel inicia su carrera como artista en el año 1999, en Benicarló (Castellón). Sin haberse completado el primer año de formación como deejay, estrena residencia en un (entonces conocido) programa de música de radionueva, una emisora de la comarca del Baix Maestrat. A partir de ahí comienza una etapa por diferentes salas de la geografía castellonense (lokal, skratch, orbita...) que finaliza un año después, cuando se instala en Valencia por motivos académicos.En Valencia es cuando tienen lugar sus primeras influencias electrónicas, q poco a poco comienzan a impregnarse en sus sets. De esta manera, en el año 2003 forma parte de la residencia de jueves de LE CLUB (la font discoteque) y de diversas actuaciones en el propio LE CLUB, HARVEST BLUE o LATEX.A partir de este momento comienza un periodo de evolución hacia sets cada vez más minimalistas que irán configurando su propia personalidad, entre los que cabe destacar algunas actuaciones para la productora IMAG'N (Festival del Sol). Ya a finales del 2005 deja su por entonces residencia en RED para formar parte del colectivo de música electrónica OVERBOOKING, que tiene su origen en el prestigioso club castellonense HANGAR. Esto le llevará en 2006 a unirse a la residencia de HANGAR CLUB, periodo en el cual ha actuado con RONRO, PASCAL F.E.O.S, MANDY, SAMIM, PACO OSUNA, MIGUEL TORO, MISTRESS BARBARA, DAMIAN LAZARUS, DAVIDE SQUILLACE, S.W.A.T SQUAD, SERGIO MAÑEZ, ANDREW GRANT, MARC MARZENIT, NURIA GHIA, ALEJANDRO LOPEZ, EDGAR DE RAMON, BUL & ABEL THE RETOR, etc... Durante esta etapa también ha actuado en BE COOL (fib closing party'06) y en las dos ediciones del exitoso TEST FESTIVAL (Torreblanca), de la productora MENOSESMES.En la actualidad comparte la gestión de OVERBOOKING COLLECTIVE, grupo formado por algunos de los mejores artistas locales y con una incipiente proyección (+inf. myspace/overbooking). ------------------------------------------------------------ ---- David Bel initiates his career as an artist in 1999, in Benicarló (Castellón).
