About Me
MANJAH FYAH, born for the love of the walking bass line, the regular chops on the off-beat, known as the skank, and for the smell of Reggae music. After many musical experiences, djing, promoting concerts, events, festivals and dancehall around the world, MANJAH FYAH started to disseminate Reggae music delivering, with his selections, the One Love concept.
Brought up in Sicily, in MANGIA BOVE district, where the name comes from with many meanings, MANJAH FYAH eats the fire burning on the turntables, the fire of the Classics/Oldies, New Roots and conscious Reggae Dancehall selections strictly 7 inches in a juggling style. All of these elements together create the MANJAH FYAH sound.
MANJAH FYAH nasce dall'amore per i bassi, il ritmo in levare e per i profumi della musica Reggae. Dopo tante esperienze musicali, djing, promozione di concerti, eventi, festival e dancehall in giro per il mondo, MANJAH FYAH inizia a divulgare la musica Reggae portando avanti, con le sue selecta, il concetto One love.
Cresciuto in Sicilia, in contrada MANGIA BOVE, da cui deriva il nome, pieno di doppi..sensi.. MANJAH FYAH mangia il fuoco che brucia sui giradischi, il fuoco delle selecta rigorosamente 45 giri Classic/Oldies, New Roots e conscious Reggae Dancehall con tecnica jugglin'. Tutto questo contiene l'elemento vitale del suono MANJAH FYAH.
