This is the Official MySpace site for Tuneless Records. Tuneless is based in London. So far we have co-released The Mirrormen - Breaking Class CD with the USA-based Malt Soda Records. Our latest release is the LamRatLazIt1st - Viva Sem Fronteras CD. Recording is ongoing with Flowers Of Flesh And Blood, the results may also be released on the label. We are also proud to count among our friends and sometime collaborators several other bands and artists including Cubensis, This Is War, Mundane, Olympus Mons, Cicrano, The Fay Wrays, Crowzone/SCRAP Records, The Dissociates, Dissident Sound Productions and Caffeine Sound Studios. About the bands: The Mirrormen were a London-based punk / hardcore band which existed between 1999 and 2003. They were featured on the DRI Tribute CD "We Don't Need Society" on Malt Soda Records and released the six-track CD "Breaking Class" as a co-release with Malt Soda and Tuneless. The CD is available post paid in the UK for £4.00 - email us for full details. The line-up of the band was: Keefer - vocals, Cammy - guitars, Robin - drums, Zan - bass (to 2001), Joe - bass (2001 - 2003) Flowers Of Flesh And Blood are a London-based hardcore / metal band which grew out of the ashes of The Mirrormen and Loogabarooga. The band is currently beginning to re-record the current material as they were not happy with the first attempt! They also shot a video for their track "Demancipation" which can be viewed via their MySpace page. The line up of the band is: Keefer - vocals / guitars / bass post-2006, Joe - guitars / drums, Fred - guitars 2007 - present, Norbert - bass (2003-2006), Ben - guitars (2005 - 2006), Dan - guitars (2003 - 2005), Julian - drums (2003 - 2005). Since (and sometimes during) their stints in Flowers at the time of writing our former members moved on as follows: Dan now plays in The Dissociates, Norbert is in Olympus Mons (as he always was!) and Ben plays in Cubensis. Check out their bands, they are all great! Keefer also plays solo and is a member of LamRatLazIt1st, Joe is doing various other bands which are in various stages of production as well as the ever-evolving Mundane, while Fred plays in Nebuchadnezza and Dead Existence, which is enough for anyone to be going on with. As of May '09 we have been joined by guitarist Steve and drummer Santiago and are operating as a five piece. Flowers have a bunch of shows booked and are planning a tour and a CD.
LamRatLazIt1st was a London / Sao Paulo-based progressive dischordant punk band which existed from August 2006 to April 2007 and is currently inactive. It was born from the bands Erege and Flowers Of Flesh And Blood. Despite the relatively short lifespan of phase one of the band, LamRatLazIt1st played a significant number of shows in the south of England, including several squat shows, and a short but intense tour of Brazil. They have also released their full-length album "Viva Sem Fronteras" on Tuneless Records - see the LamRatLazIt1st MySpace and Project Opus pages for more details! The line-up of the band is: Matthew - guitars / vocals / production / artwork, Keefer - bass / vocals, Wagner - drums / vocals. The band also work very closely with roadie / graphic artist / photographer Mike. LamRatLazIt1st hope to continue collaborative activities at a future date as personal circumstances allow. Meanwhile Matt AKA Dissident Sound Industry has been in more bands than even MySpace has space for including Meinhof and Goodbye Sergeants, as well as various projects as yet unnamed. Wagner was last spotted playing in Cicrano but is no doubt up to all sorts as usual.
