Someone (born Jacopo La Posta on the 26th of September 1988) has been playing piano for almost fourteen years, and writing, performing and singing his own music independently for at least three years. From 2006 to 2008 he was the lead vocalist and pianist of Without A Trace, an alternative rock band, together with Alessandro Emmi (guitar), Massimo Palmirotta (drums) and Giulio Fassina (bass and vocals). In May 2008 he also founded Winterdying, an acoustic trio with his long-time friend Alessio Nobili on the guitar and bass, and Matteo Cipolat-Mis on the guitar and percussion. The solo project called "Someone" was created in 2005 by Jacopo himself as a side experience, in order to express and develop some musical ideas belonging to a more personal and inner sphere.

Someone (vero nome Jacopo La Posta, nato il 26 Settembre del 1988) suona il pianoforte da quasi quattordici anni, e da almeno tre compone, esegue e canta la propria musica in modo indipedente. Dal 2006 al 2008 è stato voce principale e pianista dei Without A Trace, gruppo alternative rock, insieme ad Alessandro Emmi (chitarra), Massimo Palmirotta (batteria) e Giulio Fassina (basso e voce). Inoltre, nel Maggio del 2008 ha fondato i Winterdying, un trio acustico con il suo amico di vecchia data Alessio Nobili alla chitarra e al basso, e Matteo Cipolat-Mis alla chitarra e alle percussioni. Il progetto solista chiamato appunto "Someone" è stato creato da Jacopo stesso nel 2005 come un'esperienza parallela per esprimere e sviluppare alcune idee musicali appartenenti ad una sfera più personale ed intima.
