G. Theofanidis aka Geoa, Jay Gravesson & Sun C

Born Athens, Greece in 1974, G.Theofanidis started with classical guitar at 15. At 18 he left for the UK to study music, life, the universe and everything. First at Brunel University then Dartington College of Arts in Devon and finally London College of Music. The Uk tour ended abruptly in 1998. He returns to Athens and for the next 6 years teaching guitar and sporadically collaborating with producers for session work on house tracks is what goes on. In 2004 he gets commissioned to compose the music for the opening of the Rio - Antirio bridge and put together 'Forest' his first home studio. (hence the phrase 'I'll be in the forest'). In 2006 he launches ZA Records, On- Line label, collaborating with artists from Rumania, Russia, Japan and Athens in producing and offering high quality music to all. He composes as Sun City ( klik records, One Nation I compilation) and Jay Gravesson (ZA Records) for house / teck / deep. Geoa and the Magpies for Post Punk, Ska and lately as Geoa for electro / hop / anternative and what ever comes to mind. Music is Life, Life is Music...----
