Band Members: Caitlin - Vocals and guitars
Don’t underestimate this little bombshell one bit. A graduate of Cornell University, Caitlin started singing and playing guitar at a very young age. When she is not ripping up the stage, you will find Caitlin up in the mountains “kicking everybody’s tail ridin’ up in Vailâ€. Caitlin comes to HEIST via New York where she tore up the local music scene in bands such as Kontak Buzz and 18th String Thing.
Ian - Guitars
When you hear a scorching guitar solo at a HEIST gig and wonder where it’s coming from, just find this guy’s corner of the stage. Ian burst onto the Colorado music scene 4 years ago from Toronto, Ontario. This crazy Canadian brings his high-energy style to HEIST from bands such as fuse, High Resolution and Razors Edge. You can’t control him; you can only hope to contain him. So stand back and look out because don’t be surprised if by the end of the night, this guy is standing on speakers wowing the crowd with a guitar solo that is destined to make your jaw drop.
Alan - Bass
Alan (aka “Thunderâ€) fills out the bottom end of the unique sound that is HEIST. This prolific bass player has been wowing the Colorado music scene for over 11 years in bands such as Full Throttle and AKA. A native of Colorado, Alan has performed various diverse musical styles and it shows in his ability to master anything HEIST throws at him. As one of the area’s top bass players, Alan is humble and the quiet one in the group until you put a bass in his hands and then look out.
Keith - Drums
Just call this guy “Mr. Musical Diversity.†You name it, he’s played it. Anything from Big Band Jazz, to Country, Rap, Funk, Reggae, Salsa, Punk, Orchestral, this guy’s done it all. No musical style gets in his way. Keith polished his percussive skills in college where he was a member of the Texas Tech Drumline and the Texas Tech Jazz Ensemble. During that time, Keith also performed at Sea World with musicians from prestigious schools such as Julliard, Eastman, and North Texas. Keith has definitely paid his dues performing in various jazz combos, variety acts, and even a Country & Western band. Keith comes to HEIST from Texas where he tore up the local music scenes in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and beyond in bands such as MERGE, Bliss, The Sea Monkeys, and E7.
