Filthy Sapphire is the merging of two mere mortals who Rock da funk!!! Armed with drum machines, Moogs, Korgs, Alexis', second hand 80s guitars, they are here to put the life in any party or funeral....Christo Alexander (vocals, production) has been a master of the musical art for many years. After losing his virginity to two prostitutes at the tender age of 11, he knew he had to play in a band to keep up. Christo is the front man for the band Alexander Project and has toured Australia and Asia spreading the musical love.......Mark Olsen (drums, production) has played drums for many of Australia's elite bands over the years. Being full time drummer for Sydney band "The Martini Club", he has also played with other top groups such as "Sneaky Sound System", the electro sensation "The Heat", and 80s chart-toppers "The Allnighters". Olsen is also one of Sydney's finest club DJs, with countless international tours under his belt including NY, London, Ibiza, and China.
