NICHOLAS BIOGRAPHY:Nicola Mazzanti (D.j. Nicholas), was born in Bologna (Italy) in 1974; he loved Dance music since 1989, buying the first Techno music. In 1995 he smashed into the House music and started to play in quiet a few clubs of his town.The passion for House music ride on him for about 4 years, and he played in many famous clubs in Italy; in 1992 borned his first House track, part of the the project "Rhythm Reverse" realised from Creative Rec. Bologna.
In November 1993, just after the military service, he participated with a few friends to one of the first Italian Parties-Rave. He fall in love with Trance Music leaving the House music scene. In 1996 he started to play in the Italian Trance scene beginning with very small friends parties, he played for many years in a several Italian parties and in 2000 start producing the first Trance track, part of the project called "Flashback". In 2000, summertime, he played for the first time in an international party in Austria, in where also OFORIA played.
In 2001 after having being part to big Trance festivals like (Solipse, Boom festival, Voov Experience, Samothraki,...), he decided to work on the Magma Records Label for promoting young artists like him, ITALIAN and FOREIGNER one. In September the 11 came out the first Magma Rec. compilation "Eruption" compiled by him and where has been realized his first track “FLASHBACK - People of Destruction", and he organized also a Label/CD party, still in the mind of many people!!! In December 2001 he played in a party near Hamburg with Haldolium Live-Act, organized by Tshitraka Project. In March 2002 he made a Magma Rec party. in Germany together with the German friends' cooperation and the Mushroom Magazine in where several leading German artists participate.
In August of the same year he played a D.j. set in the "Psycholimpics" festival in Germany together with famous artists as well known as of Tsuioshy Suzuki, Reefer Decree, Shiva Chandra, D.j. Philip, Charasmatix, Antix ...and more.
In November 2002 he realized the second Magma Rec production "Suria-Magnitude" album produced by two young Portuguese artists (Frederic Gandara & Rui Ruibeiro).
In 2003 came out "Spaghetti-Pizza and Psychedelic", the first compilation produced only from young Italian artists, where his second track "Tropixx" and one track in collaboration with Golikem artist "Jungle Street" was published. On the June 2004 he released the compilation V/A "Speed of light" where he put inside one track produced by him and a young Greece artist Agis aka Virus. In September 2004 Magma released the first album of Golikem "Atmadelica", (Paolo Passerini) an italian guy that maked a very exclusive progressive Trance.
In March 2005 Nicholas maked a new compilation "Groovy Manipulation" with inside a different artists around the world from a different country: Israel, Brazil, Mexico, Austria, France. that making a different styles of Psychedelic Trance.
After this released Nicholas have changed the distribution Arabesque (UK) and going with BOA distribution.....Besides go out fron Ajuca music productions too, because they don't working so good.....Actually with BOA distr. Nicholas released in Magma "Drugon - Perfect Hallucination" album, on the 18 January 2006, and for the end of 2006 a killer compilation called "Power on" with killer tracks from different artists like Stereomatic, Phanatic, Solar System, Indra, Opposite8, Insomnia.....and more new talents!
On May 2007 he released out the comp. V/A "Digital Vision" compiled by Digital Tribe, a new Magma talent artist....In September 2007 released the V/A compilation “Re-Fresh Brain" and on December 2007 the debut album of Digital Tribe “Free your mind". On the 2008 signed on the Label talent artists like: Digital Tribe (Israel) - Virtual Attack (Mexico/Israel) - Plasmoon (Italy) - Domateck (Israel) - Miditec (Israel) - Volcano (Israel) - Red Sun (Brazil) - and talent D.j.'s: Golikem (Italy) - TRL (Portugal) - Glitch (Israel) - Bhakti (Mexico) - Van Tonney (Brazil) - Monky (Mexico) - Noise Hunter (Austria) - Djane Kira (Mexico) - Djane Pype (Portugal).
He produced the VA "Beaking News" compiled by Virtual Attack, another one VA "Power Unit" compiled by Domateck nad two album MIDITEC & DOMATECK.....and now making big promotions around the world with numerous partners to help MAGMA to have good resonance on the world....Now Nicholas is ready to finish the 2008 with some others good releases and to start the new year 2009 with new innovative sound productions,
