Tony is busy writing new material, and we'll see where it goes. Here are some demos that were done pretty much live in the jam room. Tony on guitars, Chris Montoya on guitars, and Oscar Ramirez on drums. Bass and vocals (lead and backing) were done that same night by Tony. They probably should have waited to mix them 'till another day, or at very least stopped drinking beers. THE COWBOY SONG is a THIN LIZZY classic, appropriate to honor Phil Lynott's legacy. (died 4 January 1986 at the age of 36), and DEVIL'S ROPE is an original. The other 2, Dark Shore original compositions, IMPACT & PROGRAM F are recordings done by CJ Holguin (DEAD SHALL RISE, formerly REIGN OF TERROR)----------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------------Crush ing, bruising, exhausting, and energizing all at once. A long time in the construction, when finally heard will be worth the wait. The band has already opened for INCANTATION and KRISIUN, and played alongside black metal greats PYRE and OBEISANCE, and opened for Norwegian Prog gods GREEN CARNATION, and Metal Blade's BEYOND THE EMBRACE. Playing along with the afformentioned bands is a testament to the level of musicianship required of the band. Metal is Metal and Dark Shore is proud to grace the stage at any type of Metal show.The idea behind the band is to create heavy metal music without the boudaries or limitations of genre. As songwriters we are not afraid of creating melody or destroying it all for the feel of the song, as musicians, we are not afraid of pushing beyond the limits of our current abilities.Looking back we laugh at how a part seemed so impossible and now is merely an afterthought.
