Bishop Pamela D. Spence; a native New Yorker was cultured and educated in Chicago, Illinois. Born Pamela D. Herndon; an only child to Elder V. Ophelia Schoefield and Rev. James W. Herndon; Bishop Spence has been an extraordinary gift from the beginning. At age seven, she repented of her sins and was filled with the Holy Ghost under the evangelististic ministry of Pastor Tanna Schoefield-Cole. Bishop Spence was confirmed a Prophet of God at the age of nine while under the leadership of the Honorable Apostle Richard D Henton, (Chicago, IL). Between the ages of thirteen and twenty-two; it was evident by the plethora of demonic attacks assigned to Bishop Spence’s life that she was destined for Kingdom assignment. At the age of twenty-two, Bishop Spence relocated to the East Coast to embrace her destiny. Serving for six years under the umbrella of the Honorable Bishop Marion E. Wright Sr., (Durham, NC); Prophetess learned the meaning of covenant and acquiesced to a commitment to God that would lead her to the next level of education for purpose. This was acquired through six and a half years of servitude to The Honorable Bishop Williams S. Spain, Jr. (Raleigh, NC). It was here that Bishop Spence answered her call to the Pastorate. On April 15, 1996 in Garner, NC with seven members (of which to date, three serve in the Pastoral ministry with the Word Harvest family), she birthed Greater Life Outreach Fellowship Church; Inc. God prospered the ministry in the first year to over seventy souls. Greater Life relocated to Durham, NC where the church embraced their Father and Pastor experienced Kairos. God uncovered her to His choice election and King for her life in the person of His Grace; The Most Honorable Apostle James L. Spence, Presiding Prelate of Word Harvest International Fellowship of Churches, Inc. They are the parents of three gifts from God. (Two sons and a daughter). Bishop Spence proudly stands (her first assignment as National Elect Lady) with her husband and soul mate at the helm of Word Harvest International Fellowship of Churches, Inc. where she serves as Prophet to His Grace and National Executive Administrator. Bishop Spence serves as Chair of the National Women’s Ministry of Word Harvest International. God has used her to manifest a few ministries: She is founder and Pastor of Greater Life Fellowship church under which God has birthed 3 Pastors (to date) from the umbrella of this ministry. Bishop is founder and CEO of PS Ministries. This ministry serves as the umbrella for W.E.A.V.I.N.G (Women Empowered And Victorious In God), The First Wives’ Club (a ministry designed to minister to First Ladies and Female Pastors who are married). The Daughter’s of Deborah (a ministry designed to usher young handmaidens into ministry according to the will and word of God. Bishop Spence is a determined young woman of God with a tenacious spirit who believes in wholly following God and her King to the end of this question: What will one receive for living holy?
