I'd love to meet Jon Brion, but I'm afraid I'd pass out from the excitement that seeing him would produce. Other famous people I'd like to meet include Fiona Apple, Jon Stewart, Conan O'Brien, Jack Black. I would say that I'd also like to meet Rhett Miller, but I actually did that at his last concert in Nashville and it rocked my socks off. Hopefully that's a sign that bodes well for me meeting these other folks.
In general I'd like to meet people who like to hang out and have fun, especially if their concepts of fun include dancing, swimming, watching movies, skating, and acting stupid.

I have depressingly little time to read for pleasure, but books that i've enjoyed when i did have time are: Dr. Rat, Brave New World, Pig Earth, Fool on the Hill, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, Allah N'est Pas Oblige, Cry the Beloved Country, Catch-22, Un An, Platforme, Trainspotting...oh yeah, and pretty much anything Stephen King has written.
i've always thought Jimmy Carter was awesome
