Description Tena Mosher was born in Burlington, Vermont in 1978. She started playing keyboard at the age of 10.Teaching herself at such a young age; she began playing instrumentals at her local church, coffee house, and for the elderly people at the Highrise complex. She also played in the high school chorus. Not long after these short trials; she began writing her own songs. When she was 12 years old she signed a contract with Platinum Records for her lyrics to the song "Since You’ve Been Gone" in which she wrote for her 8 month old niece that had passed away. The song was released on cassette. Between 1997-1998 she sang with the Gregg Smith Choir, and also had started a band with her brother Ray. The band was called "Behind Closed Doors." Tena’s mother always told her that she should have her music recorded in a studio; but of course...knowing Tena...she was always hesitant.Shortly after, Tena went through a terrible heartache when her father died in 1999, and her mother died in 2001.Tena decided that was it! She fullfilled her mothers wish, and recorded her first song at her local radio station. The title of the track was "Daddy’s Little Girl" which was dedicated to her father. Now at 29 years old, Tena has her own recording studio, and has signed with Hillside Media. A label operated by the name of Chad Beloin; who is an outstanding artist. She is also working with D.J. Tank; another amazing artist; from his label T&A music. They are working together finishing up a remix from her track "If Only You Knew Me."
