I'm not gonna lie, I'm a child of the 80's and I'm kinda stuck with some regularity listening to the good old days. However, I stay current, as an original B-Boy back in the day, Hip Hop has been a part of me since I was 12 years old. My IPOD playlists are pretty divergent, and I enjoy all types of music, with the exception of Country. Bleh!

I have alot of Heroes. Notably right now, every man and woman in uniform in our Armed Forces. I don't agree with our policy in Iraq, especially when that policy is bought and paid for by the blood of our service men and women. Come home safe. My Interests

Every day is a day to grow as a person. I just started back up training in the sport I love, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. Thank the heavens for my improved health.I train at one of the top three MMA gyms in the USA - American Top Team !

I read way too many books on business, business relationships, sales and marketing, blah blah blah. My sister hooked me up with a Deepak Chopra book, and believe it or not. I really enjoy it. Even had an epiphany or two or twenty. I also own too many books when it comes to fighting, notably submission fighting.
