Recording:It's time to toss out those "mic-in-the-middle-of-the-room" recordings you have up on your myspace/time to get some songs up their for your fans to hear. But you don't have to go running straight for "Chalet". I offer cheap recordings with the same gear you are likely to find in top studios. My gear can be transported, so we can record right at your practice space or you have the option to record in my "studio". I then have access to vintage gear that I mix your demo through.
DEMO CD: $200 Mixing and Mastering are FREE. You can of course take these recordings and get them mixed and mastered elsewhere I will gladly provide you with all of the files and suggestions on where to go.
Live SoundThere is no excuse for a P.A. system that's feeding back, the mixer is glowing red because the mics are clipping and the bands can't hear their own vocals. I can do SOUND for shows.
Experience: I am an honours graduate from the Producing + Engineering course at Harris Institute for the Arts. I have also successfully completed nightschool courses in audio at Humber College including: Audio Basics + Mixing & Recording Techniques. I also did a highschool co-op at MJ Recording studios in Brampton. I am responsible for recording: Buff Justice(4 song demo), Mr. Pink (4 song demo) - which I later recorded new vocals for each track and re-mixed the demo through analog gear, From Parts Unknown (7 song demo) + Corporation's: A New Pope, Corporation Strikes Back and "Koka Kola", "She" and "Stranded" on their split with Beyond Decay. Recently I have just completed "Ghetto Blaster" 8 song CD. I continue to volunteer for CIUT 89.5 FM radio where I mix bands live to air/record them for later airplay for "Take 5" + "Equalizing X Distort" (since spring 2007). Some of the bands are international acts, on the T.V./Radio and even Juno Award Winning. I currently work for an A/V company based out of Etobicoke. I have also done live sound for Winterfolk Festival V + VI (2007 + 2008). I was the host of my own internet radio show "Anarchy Radio" on Indie Love (2008). I'm in Corporation as a bass player/vocalist.
