Who am I?I have spent 46 years in search for that answer. To start, I am married to the same man for 21 years, that in itself is an accomplishment in these times. Whats my secret.....Work, it takes lots of work. If you want something bad enough you will do the necessary work to keep it no matter how difficult or painful the work is. It hasn't always been an easy road but the rewards are there in the work...
We have a Wonderful 15 year old daughter who, like us, has strong emotions and a stubborn mind. I love every minute she has been in my life. She was a special gift and one that I treasure.
Me...well, that is a study in contrasts. Those who know me well can surely tell you that. I have a fun, crazy side in the form of a squirrel, yes, a squirrel. I have a spiritual side that as of late has deepened and grown. Empathic by nature, I tend to absorb the feelings of those around me. It still amazes my husband how closely I can connect to him and sometimes unnerves my friends.
I have few close friends, lots of aquaintinces. I'm selective due to issues with trust and I overload quickly around drama. I love to spend time in the woods and around water to recharge and ground myself.
