About Me

lyt by avlaysFirst and foremost I am a follower of Jesus Christ. All of the blessings in my life come from God, and because He is God, I will live for Him. I love the beach, the lake, rivers, streams - pretty much love to be around water & sunshine. I travel a ton with work and, for the most part, love the travel. I love my job and the fun and freedom it affords me. I am the national sales manager for a magazine agency. That's fancy for saying I sell magazines and help others sell them too. People make me smile, and the people from FoGaWHacoC are the best at doing so! I love the teens that I am blessed to be around. Hanging out with them keeps me young, but reminds me that I'm not. Mexican food is the best, but I do have an affinity for cheeseburgers. If they sold Mexican food at Sonic, life would be complete. Ok, so maybe that's stetching it. Going out on the boat provides hours and hours of fun and relaxation. Pulling people on the tube is a blast - riding it is too. I love the summer! I'm a computer freak. On my desks sit a Dell Desktop, a Dell Notebook and an iMac. They are all used constantly. Finding a book that I can't put down is a wonderful find. I think people think I spend a lot of money, but I am a compulsive saver as I believe in paying cash for things (or at least paying off the American Express Bill each month). Credit is bad. I get bored easily, but usually book myself solid so rarely is bordom a concern. Being in front of the tv and vegging out doesn't happen too often, but it's fun when it does. I was voted homecoming queen and felt popular for the day. Having the name "Bonnie" and being a guy has it's advantages - my prospects and customers always remember me! Walt Disney World is a favorite destination. I love America, but hate govermental politics that impede helping people and limiting progress. Christmas makes the winter worth suffering through. My friends are incredible and I love all of them dearly. Checking my email is an obsession - it probably stems from the work-a-holic in me. I'm an overachiever, who under performs. LoL- that saying cracks me up! I recall most of my dreams, and never did they include being single at my age. But none of them ever envisioned life this good either, so I won't complain. Through everything, God is faithful.

My Interests

a running water faucet, a pool, a creek, a stream, a river, a lake, the ocean. pretty much anything aquatic. reading. hanging out with the incredible students at woodmont hills. friends. titans football. football. going to the gym (though it may not appear this is an interest, it is). laughing. taking pictures. selling. my sales team. disney. coca-cola...but not drinking it. i've only had water to drink since 11/15/2005. questions. answers. magazines. boats. well, mine in particular. lifegroup 2 and all those who have been in it in previous years, their friends, and those who were not in lifegroup 2. following the athleticism of clark tomberlin. laughing at eli. being impressed by lindsay. being bewildered by hallie. being amused by izzy, inspired by.....ok...there are 200 of you, i can't go through the entire list or i would run out of words. traveling with work. going to the movies by myself in the middle of the day when noone else is in the theatre. i think i have a crush on someone i've never met. no, it's not jennifer anniston but that wouldn't be a bad choice. friends. 24. csi..oh wait, these are listed under television. bringing glory to God 24/7 is pretty much the purpose of my life but i somehow fail miserably. basking in God's grace becomes a need. grilling. writing postcards. making people smile. helping people discover who God is and watching them fall completely in love with Him. looking at the stars while driving down the interstate at 80 mph. i mean 70 mph. miami. orlando. seattle. the smell of coffee (though i don't drink it). writing all this stuff then realizing most of it is already in the 'about me' section. trying to figure out who i really am and if who i am is who i am supposed to be. eddie bauer. looking for God around me. listening for God's voice. smiling because He's so evident.
