In between takes G-DUB is in the studio working on his next album DUBNATION II, due for an early 2007 release after securing national and international distribution. With the release of his mixed tape “Don’t Turn Your Back On Us Vol. I†(Backed by the Dynasty Family, hosted by DJ Maniakal, mixed by Black Rob and Mastered by Starski of Pimp Hop Records.) this G-DUB project is unlike any other. Instead of using mainstream tracks, G-DUB chose tracks from his own exclusive catalog. With the exception of three singles: “Beautiful,†“On the Dock,†and “Move Yo Body,†(which you’ll also find on DUBNATION II along with some other surprises) the production credits all belong to G-Dub. With a style not just limited to his latest love, hip-hop, he still produces R&B and Pop. Haven written and produced for R&B acts such as; Reel Tight, Heavenly, Johnny B. He has established himself in both arenas. GDUB was an in house producer and song writer for Swayd Cap Productions (Jennifer Lopez -"Love Don’t Cost A Thing"). G-DUB has also worked (writing and producing) for super producer Narada Micheal Walden who is responsible for superstars such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Tiffany Evans and tons more. Narada Micheal Walden also co-produced G-DUB'S hit single "Beautiful."
G-DUB has many live performances under his belt and has not missed a beat with strong openings for many hip-hop greats such as Federation, Turf Talk, Frontline, Digital Underground, Mr. F.A.B., The Drifters and many more. He is a member of ASCAP and SAG, and has a song on the movie soundtrack, “Forgiveness,†with up coming score credits on the same film project he is currently working in.
