In 2001, Brian receivedWorld Animation Celebration’s Best Animated Drama award forThe Road to Gracelanda trilogy of animated prequels to the Warner Bros. release, 3000 Miles to Graceland. Starring Kevin Costner and Christian Slater, the project markedthe first time a major film’s cast created original content for the internet .
Making the move to features, Brian served as a co-producer and writer on Universal Pictures’ and Roc-A-Fella Films’Paper Soldiersand has written screenplays forLion’s Gate FilmsandUrban Entertainmentwith co-writerMyles Reiff .
In 2005, Brian produced and directedSee Paris Die!an animated promo for the Warner Bros. film, House of Wax andIt's Cheaper To Kippah, a comedy short forJewish Impact Films .
Brian is developingThe Playpenan animated series with rapper,Beanie Sigeland and wrote the screen adaptation ofGod's Country, based on Percival Everett's novel for directorKevin Bray . He is currently writing for The Boondockscreator,Aaron McGruderon a variety of TV, film, and print projects.
An alumnus ofNYU Film School, Brian lives in LA with his wife, theatrical milliner, Avigayil Metal.
