About Me
Hello gentlemen and ladies, my name is Robert aka CY. I'm severly deaf and left visually impaired. I'm proud parent to my daughters, Crystal; 4 and Emily; 6 months They are hearing. I'm only deaf in my whole family. I have one stepcousin who's hard of hearing. I was born hearing in Tampa, Florida to my young parents; Robert and Constance. I have one sister who's blind at birth, died at 3 mos old. I never met her cos I was born one year after her death. I became hard of hearing at 18 mos old from high fever and chicken pox before my hearing got worsen and declined at slow rate and became deaf at aged 5. I attended Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind for 7 mos and the New York School for the Deaf for 15 years. Also I attended National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institue of Technology.
