Described as 'Head-spinning rock' by the NME, Northampton based Symbo are Aaron O'Donnell - guitar and lead vocals, Andy Bullough – bass and backing vocals and Phil Beasley – drums and backing vocals.
Unlike anyone else around right now Symbo fuse energetic, catchy guitar riffs, melodic & intense bass lines with aggressive drum beats help to create a unique sound.
The band have been on the road for the last two years promoting two EP's, playing gigs all over the country blowing away audiences with their intense live show and gaining rave reviews helping Symbo to gain serious industry interest. In October 07 Symbo released their single 'Myliner' with their second single to be released in May.
Symbo have played and toured with bands such as Brigade, The Hedrons, Lost Alone, Tonight is Goodbye and Lauren Harris
Symbo will be everywhere, make sure you don’t miss them…
'Headspinning Rock' - NME
'How rock is supposed to be' - Musatronic
From the catchy, dark edged opening chords, to the tunefully abrupt end, 'Myliner' by Symbo is definitely a sound to listen out for. The tenacious chorus, laidback vocal style and resonant riffs are irresistible and make the song as a whole memorable and impossible to not dance to. - Myliner Review - TSM Radio
The audience is treated to a full-on rock n' roll act that at times veers towards indie-rock only to snap off a U-turn and bed an almost Snuff-like punk rock, Oi! chants and all - Live Review - DTA Promotions
A touch of class rock in the shape of Symbo this band gives the feeling they are on the cusp of being big - Bedford Metal
