When you no longer desire things, then everything is yours. Yeah. Well, i'm not quite there yet. I still desire things. I'm working on it, but damn if i don't love getting new stuff. I mean, thats the society and culture i was born into and raised in, right? Is it so wrong to follow my culture? Oh wait. This country supposedly has no culture. Ah well, i still like all the material things that make life comfortable.
The most important things in my life are love/spirituality, family/friends, and music. I've been drumming since i was 10, and i love it more and more each day. My true love is electronic dance music (don't say techno), especially drum 'n bass and psytrance. I really like "epic" things in life. Like a sunset over a mountain range, or a big thunder storm, or a moving piece of art or music. I tend to look at the bigger picture a lot, and i try to remember to zoom in and take care of each moment. I think it's important to know who you are, what you want, and what you need to do each day to get there. I value things like peace, serenity, mindfulness, and calm. I'm a happy person and i smile a lot.
