Surfing,boxing,kite boarding, bike riding, making people function and feel more optimal and healthy, motorcycles, Yoga, rock climbing, free diving, spear fishing, teaching weekly seminars to my peers and colleagues, traveling, chiropractic, pretty much anything that gets me out doors and my heart rate up....In a perfect world, I would travel around the earth, adjust low income families, clumsily play my harmonica and guitar, surf, and make love in the morning's.

Try not to watch too much, whatever is on the local stations, CBS(big fan of 60 minutes and Jeopardy), or NBC. I don’t have cable and those are the only stations I get.
