The UP Circle of Entrepreneurs (UPCE) is a duly recognized organization based in the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration. Believing in the vital roles played by small and medium scale businesses in the development of our society, our organization aims to instill this perspective among our members. In line with this, we continuously strive to foster an environment that advocates the entrepreneurial spirit.
