Born william Lakeland O'Sheer in dublin Ireland in 1618, just north of the Dublin mountain range. At the age of sixteen, William O'Sheer had witnessed his family massacre by a pack of roaming warewolves. His Father, Mother and Brother were viciously attacked. William found the reamins of his family, and only his brother was somewhat intact. After burning his farmland, and taking the keepsakes that remind him of his family,(His Fathers western hat, his mothers locket, and his brother's leather wrist brands) William then buried his brother's remains and began the long hunt of tracking down the killers of his family.In the spring of 1635, young William had come to a town where he noted the wolf tracks he had been following for a year, had suddenly turned into human barefoot impressions just outside the harbor town of Dublin. Tall ships moored in the bay, and William began to suspect that his family's killers were about to get onboard one of the ships.A Japanese merchant by the name of Aikira Nakamoto, had capture the interest of William O'Sheer, stating to him that he had indeed heard of a race of men, that could become wolves at will. Taking a deeper interest, Aikira then lured William about his merchant vessel with the guise that he was taking William to the Isle of the Wolf, where the killers were obviously headed.Setting sail for the open waters, Aikira trained William in the ways of the sea. Though William found it odd that his new mentor, was only seen at night, and slept all day. William learned to become a sail master from the shipmates on the vessel. He lerned the sextant, and the compass...after a month of sailing, he had become a Sailor.Making landfall, Aikira led William to the Island that he would learn years later, as the Isle of the Assizer. As William was led to the stone and wood steps of a ruin hidden in the clifside wall...Aikira attacked and drained William. Now, inducted into the Vampire cult named The Assizers...William began the long road to becoming a keeper of the laws of Cain called "Enochian Law"By the end of the year 1921, William had finally shed the family name he harbored, and became Wraith O'Sheer. Though the last three hundred years had not changed the boyish features, and short height. Wraith felt there was a need to become someone to be feared. He dabbled in the arts of Dark Thaumaturgy, to augment his features. He wanted his emerald eyes to stand out and shine with pride, his hair to be long and fire red, his accent to be as thick and heavy as his forefathers, and he wanted to be fairly tall, like his father was. He spent many hours preparing, insuring his incantations were correct, and that the alignment of moon and star wer perfect. He began casting the three hour long spell, and in the end...Wraith found he had deformed himself into an unrecognizable form.Now standing Eight feet one inches tall, Long hair as black as a moonless night, eyes pupiless and pure white as snow, and the accent wortthy of a true Irishman...Wraith O'Sheer became reknowned as the most feared Assizer the clan of Beldam had ever known...He know, is a street judge who keeps the peace of enochian law. He is a man, who has no pitty, he knowns no fear, and he is still on the hunt for the warewolves who killed his family.
