High class Brazilian Popular Music - BPM (or MPB in portuguese) just got valuably reinforced with the creation of the band Aura Tropical.The name "Aura Tropical" was chosen because it reflects with fidelity the innovative proposal of the group.Aura Tropical has been achieving great success at several music and band festivals in Brazil, specially with their original songs “Agua Benta”, “Pelada Na Rua”, “Água, Água e Mais Água”, “Eh! Batucada”...This Brazilian band can play anything, and enriches BPM with traditional songs in brand new arrangements, as well others original themes, emphasizing Eduardo Puperi (leader and pianist)’s compositions such as: “Pelada na Rua” (soccer), “Agua Benta” (drought), “Perambulei” (freedom), “Lá, Onde Não Há Mais Ninguem” (Brazilian territory), “Vai Nascer” (ecology), “Quem Diria” (life), “Um Sonho Vivo” (hope) and “Iranana” (childhood).
