About Me

Candice is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Classical Guitar Performance at Shenandoah Conservatory in Virginia. She teaches courses in guitar, music history, and pedagogy at Shenandoah Conservatory, Shepherd University, Hagerstown Community College and Frederick Community College. She conducts the Hagerstown Community College Guitar Orchestra and coordinates the annual HCC Guitar Mini-Fest.In addition to teaching, Candice has an active performance career both as a solo artist and a chamber musician.
