Bio:
__My given name is O.C. Wade aka Yung Ox. I am 18 years old, born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, currently residing in Snellville Georgia. Coming up I always went by my initials (O.C.). I never expected that a simple slip up of a fellow middle school student speaking my initials would give me a nickname that I could never shake (O.C. somehow became “Oxâ€). I had no choice but to welcome it because as my lyrical talent began to show in youth-surrounded atmosphere “Ox†became adopted as my rap name.
__As a rapper, I pride myself on my imagery. I believe lyrically painting a vivid and elaborate picture for my listeners is my strongest point. My flow is unique, versatile, and energetic but at the same time coherent. A lot of rappers have their “thingâ€, whatever it may be and it’s something that makes them stand out in a crowd of artists, but also makes their lyrics incomprehensible. Those rappers make me question their point. My vocabulary is very impressive, and that shows when I write my lyrics. I believe that all this combined make me into a definite rarity when it comes to hip hop, and especially among artists of my age.
__Music is my love and I am constantly educating myself and learning from others all I can about every aspect of making music. I just started making beats using fl studio in January of 2008, and I have made a lot of progress in this short time. A few up and coming artists around my area have already come to me for instrumentals. Some of these artists include:
• Lil B(who also makes beats)
• Big Chris
• Sincere
__I work hard to create good music and I believe it shows.I try to create positive relationships with people, so as not to "burn any bridges" in the future. With no apparent blocks, I believe that "the sky is the limit" for my music career!
