About Me

MySpace Layouts - Orange Party myspace layouts

Well I am living in Morgantown, WV. Originally from St. Mary's County, MD. At age 23 I started independently recording my first album, "Out Of The Shadows", and am currently working on 4 others. I started my music career at the age of four when I started singing. I started writing music at age eleven, then decided to pick up the guitar at age thirteen and haven't put it down since. I have been performing since four, but only within the past six years have I been playing my music at events. Since moving to Morgantown my solo music career has really taken flight. I started out playing one open mic night there and by the end of the night I had booked my first gig in town at The West Virginia Brewing Company in 2004. Since then I have played numerous occasions there. I have also opened up for some of the top local bands, like Thred, as well as the band The Recipe! The past summer of 06 , I became part of The Sunshine Daydream Family Band, which plays all the festivals at the local Sunshine Daydream venue. I am also played Zen Fest in Sept.of 2006 and 2007 at Pegusus Farm in Elkins, WV. I am also working hard to get my PH.D in Clinical Psychology at West Virginia University. Overall I am ready to tell the world what I think. Hoping to make life a little more bearable with good sounds!**All my recordings that get posted are fairly new so they haven't had a chance to be recorded properly, so please bare with the quality of the recordings, I am sorry and thank you for listening.**UPDATE** I finally got a piano keyboard, so I will be posting new songs I write on it. The recordings will still be rough though, seeing as I am still a starving artist, lol...
