Mastino is a metalband from the dark woods of Sweden.
It all began in the early summer of 2007, a group of men met up to form a band. Soon after, some of the members went away for the summer only to be back in late august.
At that time the drummer was on his way into military duty, but luckily an old friend, Jesper, had just moved back to Linkoping from Gothenburg and he was eager to take hold of the drumming responsibility.
After a few failed tries of convincing the bassist he had to practice the songs more, we found the best solution was to kick him. So we did that and started searching for a new, better one. Some time went by before we found our perfect match in Jonathan. He tried with us one time before we greated him as a member.
Mastino is determined to play the best god damn metal we are capable to play, and we constantly evolve towards perfection.
