Straight from Syracuse, NY, Bobby Myers is a Young and Established artist in Underground Hip-Hop, With an innovative and creative sound. He has been bringing this new style of Hip Hop for 8 years now and has been working with several different genre's of Hip-Hop since the age of 14.
Bobby Myers has only just begun to get his foot in the door of the "Underground Scene." Bringing with him a new raw talent that only a few posses these days, he has alot more to show everybody in the future! Working with Guttamind to form Not Ya Average Music Incorporated, and puttin together two fucktastic editons of Valentine Cuts! Valentine Cuts & Valentine Cuts : Music 2 Make Love 2, they are two of N.Y.A Music's best selling albums to date.
Bobby has been influenced by many music styles such as Rap, Hip Hop, Horrorcore, Grunge, Rock , Classic Rock, and Heavy Metal he found that his mixed personality and talents he brings a whole new world of Underground Music to the public. Its not about stickin with a genre and "reppin the game" type of status that he's concerned about, its more like, " I like to mix it up, like a variety pack" type of staus, meaning Bobby Myers can bring it anyway needed to express anything possible, and thats a true artist, something that is claimed by many but only seen in few. "Step Outside The Box" and you'll find people will follow. Life...its what influences us all the most.
Bobby Myers has released many tracks that have long been tossed to the side without proper recognition, these tracks can be found on a full length FREE album entitled "Unknown and Unheard Of" LP straight from the Not Ya'Average Music Inc. website @ www.NYAMusicInc.com. Also another FREE album that can be found at the site is an EP entitled "Monsta" an 8 track ep that Bobby recorded back in 2006, A begininng if you will, of his career as an artist. And of course Bobby Myers has just released his Debut Solo Album "The Backroads" LP on the N.Y.A Music Inc. Label this past March of 2009. 10 tracks of pure Hip Hop to its core, mixing together everything that makes an album great with features such as S.H.I (Southern Hustlas Incorporated) Tru La La and of course Guttamind (N.Y.A Music Labelmate). This album describes Bobby Myers as an artist and is the first step in his evolution of Underground Hip-Hop. This will be the beginning of yet a whole New Era that will innovate the Underground Music scene.
