Lady J (aka Jordan A. Minter) is currently working as an independent artist on her debut album while she completes her senior year at Spelman College. She has been honing her talents in both local and regional theatre, including the roles of Glenda in “The Wiz†and Marietta Johnson in the Washington, D.C. cast of “Tambourines to Gloryâ€, both directed by Kenny Leon for his Atlanta-based True Colors Theatre Company. In addition to her studies at Spelman, Jordan sings background vocals for several Atlanta artists including Creative Loafing's 2007 Best R&B/Soul Artist, RAHBI.
