In the winter of 2007 guitarist/singer Kyle Finkelberg and drummer Mes Karapetyan, two high school classmates, realized they were writing very distinctive heavy metal and decided to start a band. Thorazyne is the result of their collaboration. After playing several shows with temporary members filling in on bass and rhythm guitar, including one at the historic Whisky a Go-Go on Hollywood's renowned "Sunset Strip" Thorazyne locked in a tight lineup consisting of Amir Tarazkazar on Bass and Daniel Stubblefield on guitar. Now the band is steadily gaining experience and building a reputation as one of the heaviest thrash bands around.
