adopt your own virtual pet!Hello...I am a very easy going person. I would just like to meet someone who is ready to try and start a relationship who is emotionally ready to do so. It baffles me to no end that it is so hard to do so nowadays. However, maybe she will surprise me or cross the oceans of time and space to find me(smile). What makes me sad is a world where we can be idealistic and most tend not to do as such... I am a person of honor and chivalric mannerism. I wish they would have a class just to teach about honor. Nowadays such ideology is lost. It is April 11, 2007 as I write this... I once wrote many things on my page about myself and who I thought I was. However, in the past year I have come to know many new awakenings about myself and the world around me... Here are a few thoughts and philosophies I have come to know. When writing to me... let me know what you think of them. It is bad when one thing becomes "two". One should not look for anything else in the "way". It is the same for anything else called a "way". If one understands things in this manner, he or she should be able to hear about "all ways" and be more and more in accord with his or her own. I believe the ignorance in not understanding "all ways" has been the downfall of leaders, nations, and people in general. As a teacher I try to instill such in my students... I know that a few listen. It is a good viewpoint to see the world as a dream. When you have something significant like a nightmare... you will wake up and tell yourself that it was only a dream. It is said that the world we live in is not a bit different from this. What do you think? Our bodies are given life from the midst of nothingness... (I am not speaking against any religion or God for that matter when I write such... just a statement of being)...existing where there is nothing in the meaning of the phrase "Form is Emptiness"... That all things are provided for by nothingness is the meaning of the phrase "Emptiness is form". One should not think hat these are two separate things. I have seen friends and family pass in the few years that have taken place to the present... There is surely nothing other than the single purpose of the present moment. A man's or women's whole life is a succession of moment after moment. If one fully understands the present moment, there will be nothing else to do... and nothing else to pursue. A lesson that must be thought of when viewing the moments of the world around us and our perceptions of such. I look and see the world and people around me like ripples over a great ocean. I have thought about the idealistic ideologies taught and represented in the past. It is said that what is called "the spirit of an age" is something to which not one cannot return. That is the spirit gradually dissipates in due to the worlds coming to and end. Or at least what I think we cherish as. For this reason although one would like to change today's world back to the spirit of hundreds of years ago... it cannot be done. Thus it is important to make the best out of every generation. From such I have learned that although honorable in treatment of others... I cannot expect the same in return. Such people of no understanding of the word honor... I cannot feel ill in my ways to them. I must respect and be still in honor to their ideologies of thought unless such ideologies or actions would cause harm or ill intent to others. I think we take nature for granted at times... it too can teach us many things about the world and ourselves. There is something to be learned from a rainstorm. When meeting with a sudden shower, you try not to get wet and run quickly along the sidewalks and road...By doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses or stores you still get wet.(smile) When you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you will still get the same soaking. I have learned that this understanding extends to "all" things. Finally... it is said that a little evil must be done for a greater good... for many years I have thought this to be true... However, when a day comes you are judged... what will you say about your honor or virtue? I think you must be still true to such when given the same situation. I think that is the greater decision... being true to ones self and virtue first and foremost no matter the repercussion. If you have any debate on this point, I would love to hear your viewpoint.
