About Me

Composer, musician, electric guitar player who has begun - and continues - to work in several fields from orchestral to chamber music, electronic, theater, street theater , movies.He has obtained commands from Radio-France, Gmem, Ina-Grm, Grame, French governement. His music has been played in International music festivals of "Présences", "Les musiques-Marseille", "Musiques en scène-Lyon","Amplitude- festival Denmark","Computer art festival - Padova " and some others.As an electronic musician he travels in many countries like Spain, Brasil, Germany, Austria, England, Sweden, South Korea, Italy... Band Members: I started recently a new duo project with the percussionist and tabla player Philippe Foch:::::called PIR:::: I'm also a member of KERNEL, with Kasper Toeplitz and Wilfried Wendling. Kernel is an electronic trio. We play original compositions, no samples/no audio files: :::real time synthesis, played on computers and some various hardware like Sherman Filterbank, Doepfer modular, fuzz box, Wiiremote, sensors:::::::: Actually KERNEL plays original compositions of Kasper and me :::::::::::::::::
Influences: probably....Soft Machine, Ligeti, the 70's experiences of Miles Davis, Xenakis, Monteverdi, and in an other kind of "music without promesses", noise musicians like Merzbow, Le Dépeupleur, Corrupted, SunnO)))::::: the sea, always::::::beaches and Christophe Tarkos, Marguerite Duras, Virginia Woolf, Walter Benjamin, all artists who try(ed) to know where is the aura of the artworks, and how fragile it can be.
